Homes & Land is dedicated to providing our advertisers with the best possible exposure for their clients and themselves for branding and name recognition through an integrated approach.

We expect our adverisers to be dedicated as well, by thinking ahead and creating a marketing budget to promote themselves consistently. Industry professionals advise that consistent, integrated advertising is the moste effective for a successful campaign. According to a Study of U.S. Recessions, Agents that marketed aggressively in a recession grew their sales by as much as 256% post recession over those that stopped advertising.

Be sure that you understand what Integrated Marketing entails and learn all of the benefits you'll be receiving as an advertiser (as explained under "Integrated Marketing" in the menu to the left) then call us for a Media Kit.

Before any space can be reserved, you will also need to call us for the required Payment Form and fax it to our office. Once received, we will set you up on HomesAndLand.com with your own Ad Essential website and provide you with a User Name and Password to log into your Control Panel. A credit card will be kept on file in our office and charged on the published copy deadline date.

Covers are normally reserved a year in advance. There are occassions when a cover home is not approved or goes under agreement, in which case we simply go down the waitlist for that issue. If interested, you may download our Cover Specs and Pricing.
